Schools out! Reds in the Community are challenging you to stay active at home!
Every few days on social media, Reds in the Community will post a video of a player, coach or staff member taking part in our Schools Out challenge as part of our Premier League Kicks and Premier League Primary Stars programme to keep you active at home.
Our participants will take part in a fun challenge such as keepie uppies, chipping a football into a bin or even a 1-mile run.
The challenge is then passed over to you! We would like you to complete that same challenge and comment a video or photo you doing the same thing for your chance to win prizes.
If you finish the challenge that day, you will be entered into our lucky prize draw. Then, if you complete every challenge between now and the end of the month, you will get a set of matchday tickets to any Barnsley Football Club game of your choice!
CHALLENGE 1: Keepie uppies
Sports Participation ambassador Jacob brown KICKstarts the challenge showing off why he’s the Reds number 7!
“During this time, it’s important for children to stay active at home. Whilst following the NHS guidelines, we want you to be safe, but have fun at the same time.”
*Disclaimer: I got the toilet roll out the bin, can’t let it go to waste 🤣
CHALLENGE 2: Crossbar / target
Participation Officer Macauley Hobson shows you how it is done!
