Reds in the Community are pleased to confirm the location and dates for our new Fit Reds and Fit Reds Ladies programmes set to take place in March 2020.

Fit Reds and Fit Reds Ladies are eight-week tailored courses that help participants make positive lifestyle changes through informative workshops and physical activity.

Honeywell Sports Campus

A Fit Reds and Fit Reds Ladies programme will both run at Honeywell Sports Campus, beginning on Monday 16th March (17:45 – 19:30) and Wednesday 18th March (18:00 – 20:00) for the ladies respectively.

These courses will be free of charge thanks to funding from the Barnsley North Area Council.
