The Vets has been running for a while. It was a follow on from our Fit Reds course so was only open to people who had been through the course.

This has now changed so it’s open to men over 30 who want to play some football. The indoor session consists of 30 mins of fitness and then an hour of football. If they choose to play outside it’s a full 90 minutes of football.

The sessions costs £5 per week and you need to book a place. The session runs every Thursday 8.30-10pm
