Following the news over the weekend that Monday 19th September 2022 will now be a Bank Holiday due to Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II Funeral we will NOT be open. All sessions have been cancelled and will return on Tuesday 20th September 2022

Due to the EFL Schedule commencing and games being played from Tuesday 13th September 2022 our Fit Reds and Reds Connect Exercise classes tomorrow night have been cancelled due to the Barnsley FC fixture.

We are sorry for any inconvenience caused.
