Through an emphasis placed on partnership working, Reds in the Community has established a number of targeted programmes that enables ‘hard to reach’ people and communities to fully participate in our work and society.

We aim to remove barriers to participation and promote equal opportunities for groups and individuals who are excluded. There are also elements of promoting good citizenship in social inclusion through raising awareness about the needs of particular groups, positively challenging discrimination and encouraging all members of the community to develop talents and capabilities for the benefit of society as a whole.
