Our Health and Wellbeing sessions are designed to be inclusive to all participants.
We have a varied programme of activities including, circuit training, football, spinning, walking groups and chair based aerobics. A number of these sessions also include information and advice around diet and nutrition.
We also have sessions designed to help participants improve their wellbeing and mental health.

“The sessions have helped massively with helping lose weight, improved fitness and strength. Its great not only because of the varied exercises given but the variation of people attending too.
