Shadow Scholarship: Keeping Active!
During these difficult times, it’s more important than ever to ensure we remain focussed and continue to lead healthy and active lifestyles!
It is advised that we keep fit and remain as healthy as possible; physically, mentally and emotionally. That is why, as part of our Shadow Scholarship programme, we have designed a workout plan for you to conduct from the comfort of your own home every day Monday to Friday.
Each day, you will focus on training a different part of their body, whether that be your core, upper body, lower body, strength or cardio.
