Under 14 and fancy playing in a football tournament against the likes of Newcastle United, Sunderland and Leeds United? Then look no further!

Thanks to the Premier League Kicks programme, we are entering a Barnsley FC team into a regional tournament to showcase your skills and face off against some of the biggest teams in football.

The tournament will be held on Saturday, 27 January at Parkwood Academy School, Sheffield, and we are giving eight youngsters the opportunity to represent the Reds in the competition.

The competition will be football based around football, but when you are not in action, there will be a range of workshops to get involved with, including a Healthy Eating Workshop with Smoothie Bike and an Arts & Crafts Workshop.

To be in with a chance of being included in the squad, all you have to do is attend FOUR Premier League Kicks sessions over the next six weeks.

Our Kicks sessions for children aged 8 – 13 years, run on Monday, Tuesday and Friday evenings at three locations across Barnsley, listed below:

• Monday – Outwood Academy Carlton: 5pm – 6pm
• Tuesday – Holy Trinity: 5:30pm – 6:30pm
• Friday – Dearne Advanced Learning Centre: 6:30pm – 7:30pm

For those aged 14 – 19, there is still a chance to take part in our Kicks sessions at the above locations.

Sessions will run from 6pm – 7pm at Carlton, 6:30pm – 7:30pm at Holy Trinity and 7:30pm – 8:30pm at Dearne.

Your first chance to get your name on the list starts tonight at our session at Outwood Academy Carlton.
