Hendal Primary School came out on top in a Key Stage One six-a-side tournament between local schools at Oakwell this afternoon.
Champions Hendal were joined by teams representing Featherstone All Saints, Gooseacre, Ryhill J&I and Crigglestone St James in the competition.
All of the schools played eachother twice, with the winner being decided by the league table after each team had played their eight fixtures.
Games lasted seven minutes with teams being awarded three points for a win, one point for a draw and no points for a loss.
Hendal were in unstoppable form, not only winning the competition but also prevailing victorious from every single one of their fixtures.
All Saints finished as runners-up on 16 points after picking up five wins and one draw, only being beaten in their two meetings with Hendal.
Gooseacre edged out fourth-placed St James as well as Ryhill to secure third place with 11 points, having won three and drawn twice.
The tournament was hosted on our indoor 4G pitch, with the games being refereed by RITC staff and students from our education programmes.
