As 2017 draws to a close, it is time to reflect on the work that Reds in the Community has done throughout the course of the year.

Once again, the charity arm of Barnsley Football Club has helped to change the lives of thousands of people living in the Barnsley and Wakefield areas.

Through the four key themes of Health, Social Inclusion, Sports Participation and Education and utilising the Club’s professional football players, we have continued to play an active part in the community.

Whether it be through the work of our ‘Every Player Counts’ disability programme, giving disabled young people and adults the chance to take part in sport, or through our holiday Soccer Camps, we aim to improve the lives of as many people as possible.
