12 Days of RITC Christmas | EFL Day of Action

In the lead up to Christmas Day, we will be looking back at some of the highlights of 2018 through the Reds in the Community 12 days of Christmas.

We begin in March, for a day of celebration not just for Barnsley FC and Reds in the Community but for all of the 72 Football League Clubs and their Community Trusts.

On Tuesday 20th March, professional football clubs across the country had the chance to showcase their influence and the positive impact that sport can have through the EFL Day of Action.

To celebrate, Reds in the Community, alongside Barnsley FC club mascot Toby Tyke, surprised children at three local Primary Schools.

Toby’s first stop was Jump Primary School during the RITC-led lunchtime club before moving onto Brampton Cortonwood Infant School and ending the day at Cherry Dale Primary School.
