VACANCY | NCS Coordinator

Reds in the Community is seeking to employ an enthusiastic, organised and outcome-focused individual to join our team to develop and extend the reach of National Citizen Service programme. The successful applicant will support recruitment targets and delivery to ensure all aims of the programme are achieved.  

NCS is a flagship Government funded programme for 16-17-year-olds, developing their skills for work and life whilst engaging with society and making a difference in their local communities.

You will be educated to degree level or equivalent and have a proven track record of two or more years working with young people. In addition, you will have excellent organisation, communication and leadership skills.

The post is subject to an enhanced DBS check and validation of references.
