Learn and Burn is a Health initiative at Oakwell designed for adults of any age who are wishing to improve their fitness or general health.
The session, which runs every Wednesday from 3:00-4:30pm is split into 30 minutes of nutritional advice followed by an hour of light practical exercise.
Despite running as a group, there is also the option for participants to gain one-to-one feedback on their diet and lifestyle.
The programme is based on an eight-week rolling basis tackling different subjects around nutrition and fitness.
