The FA Level 1 badge will give these young people the chance to volunteer and increase both the amount and quality of football for 14 – 19 year olds as well develop and add value to their CV’s. The benefits of volunteering are huge for our students working towards a career in sport, giving them a real sense of the skills required for employment as well as contributing to other young people’s development”
